On the Top Up page, enter an amount, choose a payment method and pay on the payment page. Points arrive automatically once the payment clears. Top-ups are priced in US dollars; some payment methods convert at the current rate or add a fee, and the payment page shows the final amount.
My payment still says it's being confirmed. What should I do?
Payments are usually confirmed within a minute. Don't pay again; points arrive automatically once confirmed, and you can check your Top-Up History. Top-ups left unpaid for 24 hours are cancelled and never credited.
How long does delivery take?
Usually a few minutes. If the supplier needs longer, the order shows that cards are on the way and your points stay held, not deducted. Cards that can't be delivered are never charged.
Where do I find the serial number and PIN?
Sign in, open the order from My Orders and choose Show Serial Number. The serial and PIN hide again after 60 seconds; you can show them again any time. Never give a serial to anyone who asks you for it.
